Scope of work
Everything included in the rebuild.
The pages you have been clicking through are working front-end code, not screenshots of a design. This is what turning them into a live platform involves — stated in full, including what is deliberately left out.
Foundation
The website itself
Complete rebuild
Every page designed, written and built from scratch on a modern framework, with all nine years of existing URLs carried across via proper redirects.
Speed engineering
Target 90+ mobile PageSpeed and under 500 KB first load. Images compressed to WebP, no render-blocking web fonts, global CDN.
Built mobile-first
Designed on a phone screen before a desktop one, because that is where aesthetic clients browse and book. Tested on real devices.
Before-and-after galleries
Properly structured, consent-managed result galleries per treatment — the single most persuasive content type in injectables, and currently absent.
Content written for you
600–900 words per treatment page — who it suits, what it feels like, downtime, pricing, aftercare — written from your protocols and reviewed by you.
Accessibility & compliance
Keyboard navigation, screen-reader labelling, colour contrast and clear medical disclaimers — which matter commercially as well as legally.
Being found
Search, local and AI visibility
A content foundation from zero
The biggest gap on your site. A page per treatment plus a real FAQ — the first content Google has ever had from this domain to rank.
On-page SEO, every page
One correct H1 per page, a written title and description for each, proper heading hierarchy, internal linking and clean URLs.
Google Business Profile
Claimed, verified, photographed and completed, with your 4.9 rating and review count pulled live onto the site.
Directory cleanup
One consistent name, address and phone number pushed to Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing Places and the aesthetics aggregators.
Structured data
MedicalBusiness, Service, Product, FAQPage and Review markup so Google and AI assistants can read your treatments, prices and answers directly.
Written for AI search
Every heading phrased as a real client question with the answer directly beneath — which is how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers choose what to quote.
Making money
The revenue tools
This is what separates a website from a platform. Each one moves a different number: bookings, prepaid revenue, repeat rate, and basket size.
Your own appointment engine
Four-step booking on your own domain, replacing the hand-off to Fresha. No per-booking fee, no jarring change of brand at the moment a client decides, and the client record stays with the practice — which is what makes everything below possible. See it
Rebooking and refill automation
Lip filler lasts six to twelve months. A prompt timed to when the result actually starts to fade — rather than hoping the client remembers — is the difference between a one-off and a client who returns for years.
Points and rewards
Credit earned on every treatment and product, applied automatically at the next booking. It also gives you a way to reward loyal clients that is not a Groupon discount visible to the whole market.
Aftercare attached to treatments
The SPF that belongs with every CO2 resurfacing appointment, the recovery balm that goes home after filler — sold at the moment the client is most likely to buy, with points on every order. See it
Branded gift cards
Paid today for treatment delivered later, with each card introducing somebody who has never visited — arriving on a friend's recommendation rather than on a discount.

What has to happen to pay for it
Two independent routes to break-even, and the project delivers both at once. This is deliberately conservative — it assumes no improvement in search ranking at all, which is the outcome we are actually working toward.
Access, audit and architecture
Search Console and Analytics connected so we can finally see real traffic. Google Business Profile claimed and directory listings corrected — this starts working while the build is still in progress.
Design, content and the platform
Every page written and built. Booking engine, gift cards, rewards and aftercare shop integrated. Gallery system set up with consent workflow.
Speed, structured data and testing
Performance engineering to 90+ mobile, structured data across all pages, and full testing on real devices before anything goes live.
Go live and hand over
Migration with redirects so nothing already earned is lost, submission to Google, and a training session so your team can run it.
Straight answers
What is not included
Stated up front, because a scope that pretends to cover everything covers nothing.
Ongoing content writing after launch
The build includes all treatment copy plus the initial article set. Publishing new articles every month afterwards is a separate retainer — worth doing, but not bundled in here so the price stays honest.
Paid advertising
No Google or Meta ad spend and no campaign management. The platform is built so ads convert far better when you do run them, but the media budget is yours to decide separately.
Payment processing fees
Card processing costs are charged by the processor, not by us. What disappears is the per-booking commission Fresha currently takes on top.
Hosting and domain renewal
Typically $20–$50 a month depending on traffic, billed directly to you rather than marked up through us. Your domain is paid to July 2027.
A guaranteed ranking position
Nobody can honestly promise a specific position on Google, and anyone who does is selling something. What is committed to here is every technical and content factor within our control, executed properly — which is exactly what is absent today.
